Carol Christian Poell Special Orders

A Carol Christian Poell Special Order is an individual contract by which you request a specific item to be made for you, from Carol Christian Poell, via Darklands. In this contract, we require you to pay a non-refundable 30% to 50% deposit before the goods are manufactured, and the remaining cost upon arrival of the goods into the store. We will ship them to you immediately after receiving full payment, free of shipping charge.

Due to the custom nature of the goods, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the items delivered are defective or do not match the exact code, size and/or fabric specified in the contract (email) agreed to by all parties. Waiting times are difficult to predict, but range between 7 – 11 months. Extra waiting time is out of our control, therefore not a valid reason for refund.

By placing a Special Order, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions specified above.
